Creating Christmas Freebie

Tonight I have another freebie to share. I must tell you how this was created. It is a Count Down to Christmas sheet. I did a bigger version for myself which I mounted on a magnetic-dry erase board so I could cover the numbers with small ornaments to which I added magnets on their backs. You can then remove them one a day until Christmas. When I am finished decorating my board I will post a picture for you to see.
Just center on an 8.5X11 and hang on the fridge or wherever you would like so big and small people can mark off the days.

Shortly before Christmas, one of our designers, Missie Cook, lost her battle with brain cancer and passed away. During this period of time, other designers lost family members: a father, an uncle, a grandmother and more. In memory of these loved ones we have sponsored a collaboration of this kit to benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital. All proceeds from the sale of this kit will go to this charity. If you have a different reputable charity that you wish to honor, you may contribute to that charity and send a copy of the receipt to iwillalwaysloveyou@scrappymouse.com. Download links for this kit will be sent to you in return. The charity that Missie Cook favored was Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation (http://cbtf.org/cms/). This is a huge kit! Over 20 designers participated in this collaboration. When you recieve the downloads you will find that they have been separated into two folders to help you keep track.

Pocket Mania

Pocket Mania is the name of my new kit. I had so much creating it and I am sure you will find it fun also. I used to decorate sweatshirts but that was a time consuming craft (first find the perfect fabric to cut and applique-I would use wonder-under to stick them and then machine sew them with an applique stitch). Well digitally decorating is so easy and so much more fun.

Hello, I am back!

It is hard to believe a full month has passed since I last posted. I quess
with the holiday and family gatherings time just flew by so very fast.

The month of April is very special month. It is the month my baby grand-daughter
was born and this year she is 1 year old already. Talk about time passing so
quickly. April is also the month of my birth. This is a special year for me too.
I will be 65 years old on the 28th. To celebrate this event I have 2 Brag Book

Holiday Rambling

I have been very busy with getting ready for Thanksgiving Holiday. I am sure most of you are also. Been trying to get some cleaning and organizing closets (summer to winter) which is my least favorite thing to do. I even scrubbed and waxed my vinyl floors because my Grand-daughter will be here for the holiday and she probably will be crawling so they have to be spotlessly clean.

Finally finished a new kit which I have been working on for quite awhile now. It took me a long time to get it to the point where I was satisfied with how it looked. Now that it is ready for the store I am really excited and can't wait to scrap something of my own with it. So here is a preview of it! It is not in the store yet but I thought I would give you all a sneak preview here.
